Biography:
I’m Patricia (Patty) Montano, and I was born in Flagstaff, Arizona, the daughter of Mike Saiz Montano (from Alameda, NM) and Lila Koury (from Pena Blanca, NM). I’ve been a resident of Yuma, Arizona since 1963. I’m an avid golfer and I love the outdoors. I enjoy gardening and growing exotic plants. My husband is Floyd Wooldridge, and we’ve been married for almost 32 years. We have one son, Jeremiah Clayton Wooldridge.
For the past 25 years, I’ve worked in Agriculture and am currently a Territory manager and sales representative for an Agriculture chemical company. I serve on the board of director's for the Arizona Crop Protection Association, and is active in the California Ag Protection Crop association. I’m also a licensed contractor, and co-owner of a concrete resurfacing company in Yuma, Arizona.
I became interested in genealogy and started tracing my roots via the internet 8 years ago. I hit the jackpot when I found one of my father's first cousins on the Montano side and acquired an old family tree that had names and dates as well as little notes about the family, the rest is history. Every day is exciting as I continues to discover who I am and where I come from. My great-grandmother was Beatrice Gurulé.
