ANNA'S GREEN CHILE


Ingredients
2 Pork Chops no bone 2" thick chopped in to bite size
1 bag New Mexico Green Chile choppped ( about 7-8 chili's)
2-3 Potatoes cubed

1 White onion chopped

1 Bunch cilantro chopped 3 tablespoons flour
3 garlic gloves chopped fine 2 tsp cumino spice
Salt to taste Garlic Salt to taste
Instructions

Fry pork chops until brown ( but not burned) add potatoes and cook for 10 minutes. Add onions, chopped green chilie, cilaintro, garlic cumio and spices. Cook for 5 minutes. Season with salt and garlic salt. Add flour and stir. Add cold water to cover and simmer for 15 minutes. Add more salt as needed.
