ANNA'S GREEN CHILE
Ingredients
2 Pork Chops no bone 2" thick chopped in to bite size | |
1 bag New Mexico Green Chile choppped ( about 7-8 chili's) | |
2-3 Potatoes cubed |
1 White onion chopped |
1 Bunch cilantro chopped | 3 tablespoons flour |
3 garlic gloves chopped fine | 2 tsp cumino spice |
Salt to taste | Garlic Salt to taste |
Instructions
Fry pork chops until brown ( but not burned) add potatoes and cook for 10 minutes. Add onions, chopped green chilie, cilaintro, garlic cumio and spices. Cook for 5 minutes. Season with salt and garlic salt. Add flour and stir. Add cold water to cover and simmer for 15 minutes. Add more salt as needed.
