SPANISH RICE

Ingredients
1 small green pepper half an onion
1 small yellow pepper 1 garlic clove
3 T. margarine

1 small can of tomato sauce

3 cups rice  

Finely chop the garlic clove, onion and peppers and then fry in the margarine. If you have a chopper, that's even better. When the onion is cooked, add the can of tomato sauce and salt and pepper. Simmer for 5-8 minutes. Pour into cooked rice and stir.
