SPANISH RICE
Ingredients
| 1 small green pepper | half an onion |
| 1 small yellow pepper | 1 garlic clove |
| 3 T. margarine |
1 small can of tomato sauce |
| 3 cups rice |
Finely chop the garlic clove, onion and peppers and then fry in the margarine. If you have a chopper, that's even better. When the onion is cooked, add the can of tomato sauce and salt and pepper. Simmer for 5-8 minutes. Pour into cooked rice and stir.
