Hello, my name is Joe Garcia, and I was born in San Diego, California. I have been doing genealogy since the death of my parents in 1995.
This is a picture of me and my family. From left to right they are: my stepson David, me, my son Joseph Martin Jr., my wife, Marian, and the princess of the family, my daughter Jessica Marie.
